This website does not use cookies
Cookies are small files that some websites store on your device to remember you, track what you do or show you ads. This website does not set any cookies, first-party or third-party, and does not use other techniques to track you. That is why you don't see a cookie banner: there is nothing to accept or reject.
This complies with article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and the cookie guidelines of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
What does happen, and why it doesn't need your permission
- Cookie-free visit statistics. I use Umami, a tool that counts visits in aggregate without cookies, without storing anything on your device and without identifying you. It builds no profiles and does not follow you across other websites. See the Privacy policy.
- The chat remembers the conversation while you use it. So you don't lose your conversation with the assistant when you change page, it is kept in your own browser (sessionStorage) only while the tab is open, and it is deleted automatically when you close it. It is not sent to anyone this way and does not identify you. This is technical storage, strictly necessary to provide the service you request (using the chat), so it is exempt from consent under article 22.2 LSSI-CE.
- Fonts are hosted on this website. Typefaces load from msgsixcreations.com, not from external services such as Google Fonts, so your browser does not connect to third parties to display them.
- Dark mode. If you use the light/dark mode button, your browser stores your choice (localStorage) for your next visit. It only stores one word: "claro" (light), "noche" (dark) or "auto". It does not expire on its own, but you can delete it from your browser settings. It does not identify you and is not sent to anyone: it is a preference you request, technical storage exempt from consent under article 22.2 LSSI-CE.
- Language notice. If your browser is set to another language, the site offers you the other version (Spanish or English) once. If you close that notice, your browser remembers it (sessionStorage, under the name "lang-hint") only while the tab is open, so it isn't shown again, and it is deleted automatically when you close the tab. It does not identify you and is not sent to anyone: it is technical storage exempt from consent under article 22.2 LSSI-CE.
Third-party websites
If you tap the WhatsApp button, you leave this website and go to WhatsApp (Meta). WhatsApp may use its own cookies under its policy, available at whatsapp.com/legal. This website does not control those cookies.
How to delete or block cookies in your browser
Even though none are used here, you can review, delete or block cookies for any website in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, etc.), usually under "Privacy" or "Security".
If this changes
If I ever add something that uses non-essential cookies (for example, a video from another platform, a map or advertising), I will update this policy and show a notice so you can accept or reject them before they are set.
